How Coaching Circle handles data
This Privacy Policy explains how Coaching Circle collects, uses, stores, and shares information when coaches and clients use the platform.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, role, profile details, languages, timezone, availability, reviews, and appointment activity. If you connect Google Calendar, we also store the connection details needed to create and update your calendar events.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the platform, manage coach and client profiles, enable bookings, support scheduling workflows, and provide connected calendar functionality. We may also use limited operational data to diagnose bugs and keep the service secure.
Google user data
If you connect Google Calendar, Coaching Circle uses Google account data only to create, update, or remove calendar events related to coaching sessions you authorize. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data to third parties.
Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to deliver the service, such as showing your public coach profile to other users, displaying booked sessions to the session participants, or sending authorized calendar invites through connected services. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and booking data for as long as needed to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion or ask us to remove connected integrations and associated data where applicable.
