Using Coaching Circle
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Coaching Circle by coaches, clients, and visitors.
Platform purpose
Coaching Circle is a scheduling and discovery platform that helps users explore coach profiles, book sessions, manage availability, and coordinate session logistics.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use the platform responsibly. Coaches are responsible for keeping profile details, availability, and connected calendar settings current.
Bookings and cancellations
Users are responsible for the sessions they create, reschedule, or cancel through the platform. Coaching Circle may automate scheduling and calendar invitations, but participants remain responsible for attending and managing their commitments.
No professional guarantee
Coaching Circle provides access to coach listings and scheduling workflows, but does not independently guarantee coaching outcomes, certifications, or suitability of any participant. Users should use their own judgment before engaging in sessions.
Service changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features from the platform from time to time. We may also revise these terms as the service evolves.
